Melva Nadine (Stubbs) Pond

Melva Nadine (Stubbs) Pond age 65 of St. Augustine FL, formerly of West Plains MO was born on April 19, 1944. She entered into eternal rest on October 10, 2009. Melva was born and raised in West Plains MO. She later moved to St. Augustine Beach FL to be by the ocean, in which she had always loved. She is preceded in death by her parents Norval Roy and Bessie Ruth (Counts) Stubbs. She was a beloved mother and grandmother. Family members include three daughters, Pamela Coatney, Springfield MO, Crystal Owens, Yukon OK, Angela Murray and husband Fred, St. Augustine FL. Ten grandchildren Keith and Jesi Coatney, Nathan Collins, Shawn and Elaine Owens, Corey Owens, Chassity Collins, Zachary Cobb, Malachi Romans, Zachary Murray, Fred Murray Jr, and Daniel Murray. Five great grandchildren Jade, Ty and Shaylee Coatney, Brendan Collins and Tatum Owens. One brother Virble Stubbs and wife Debbie, Groveland IL. Also many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Special friend her Yorkshire Terrier Feebee. A private memorial service will be held in St. Augustine FL.
