Stephanie Sue Madrigal-Mcentire

Stephanie Sue Madrigal-McEntire, 49, died on May 17, 2020. Stephanie was such an impactful piece of our family. She survived by her son Maxx McEntire, her daughter Emily McEntire. Parents Carlos & Karen Madrigal and sisters Melissa Perrin & Beckey Homol and she will be missed by many more.

Our mom was born in Madison, Wisconsin. She spent her childhood in Stoughton and graduated high school from Stoughton Senior High School in 1988. She joined the navy, got married to Robert McEntire, and had two children. She has lived in Wisconsin, Virginia, Louisiana, and lastly Florida.

Mom was such a fun spirit to be around. She was always smiling, having a great time, and making people laugh. She was the most non-judgmental soul that I have ever met, and I will miss that quality in her more than anything, almost as much as her Spanish rice and Mexican casserole. She put great grandmother’s kitchen apron to good use.

Moms most recent job was working at DD’s Discount. She was a stock room merchandiser. She adored her job and her co-workers. She loved working around clothes, she had a great eye for fashion.

Our mom would want us to move forward and celebrate life, she’d tell us to “Eat, drink and be merry!” although that is very difficult at this time. We will always miss her, and she will never be forgotten.

We love you Mom, so much, forever and always.
