Sally Ann Lewis

It is with profound sadness that the family of Sally Ann Lewis of Middleburg, Florida, formerly of Jacksonville, Florida, announces her passing.

Sally was born on June 13, 1966 in Baltimore, Maryland to Ken and Bo Lewis and was raised in Chevy Chase, Maryland and Jacksonville, Florida. She was a proud graduate of Ed White High School. Sally was a teacher assistant at Lake Shore Middle School. Sally was born with a tender heart for children and animals. During high school Sally was a candy striper at St. Vincent, Riverside, and a Red Cross volunteer.

Sally was predeceased by her father, Ken Lewis.

She is survived by her mother Bo, her beloved children John & Christine, her grandson Samuel, and her siblings Shellie, Donny, Doug, Susan, David & Danny. Also, many nieces and nephews, and especially loved by her niece, Mary.

Sally was lovingly cared for in her last days by her children and her brother, Danny. She will be missed. Treat each other kindly.
