Roy I. Hasting, Jr.

Roy I. Hastings, Jr, 81, of St. Johns, FL passed away on April 16, 2021, after a long lingering illness. He was born on May 26, 1939, in Colorado Springs, CO.

Roy leaves behind his wife, Shirley Hastings; son, Alan Hastings; stepson, Curt Brantley; brother, Jerry Hastings; niece, Ann Hastings and nephew, Joel Hastings.

Roy retired from JEA in 1995.  He was a longtime member of the Studebaker Drivers Club, as well as a founding member of the Northeast Florida Studebaker Club and was actively involved in both until his illness prevented his participation.

The family would like to thank Cheryl Suggs (Alan’s mother) and Bob Edwards who both so willingly gave their love, support and help through many difficult times.
