Patrick Eugene Pattillo, 90, of Jacksonville, FL passed away on November 24th. Patrick was born to Walter C Pattillo and Annie Morris Pattillo in Atlanta, GA. He was raised in Hapeville, GA and graduated from Hapeville High School in 1952. He attended University of Georgia and then joined the U. S. Air Force where he sang in the Male Chorus. After discharge from the military, he began a career with the Federal Aviation Administration as an Air Traffic Controller. In retirement he enjoyed woodworking, acting in amateur theatre, ushering at the Jacksonville Suns baseball games and JU sports events, making jewelry, playing the ukulele and taking care of the family cats. Patrick will be remembered for his many talents and his quirky sense of humor. He was preceded in death by his wife, Georgann Horton. He is survived by his brother, Leslie of Blythe, GA; son, Timothy; and daughter, Dierdre. He will be dearly missed by his friends and neighbors and especially by his Sunday School classmates at Deerwood Baptist Church.
