Mary Lou Doherty

Mary Lou Doherty, 87, of Jacksonville, FL passed away on June 27, 2024.  She was born on July 17, 1936 in Hartford, CT to Francis and Mary Bernard.  Mary Lou worked in the Banking Industry as a Vice President and was married to Edward F. Doherty III.  She will be remembered as a loving, kindhearted Mother, GrandMother and Great GrandMother (MeMaw).

Mary Lou is survived by her children, Edward F. Doherty IV (Isabelle), Katherine Doherty Willis (Glen) and Thomas M. Doherty; niece, Dorothy A. Jacobs; nephews, Earl Mace and Charles F. Mace Jr.; grandchildren, Dale M. Willis (Diana), Bradley A. Willis (Rebecca), Taylor S. Doherty (Tyler), Thomas T. Doherty, Samantha L. Doherty and 10 great-grandchildren.

Interment and a private service will be held at Oaklawn Cemetery.
