Margaret “Gwin” Stallworth Smith Sullivan, 72, from Ponte Vedra Beach, FL passed away on March 26, 2021 surrounded by family. She was a retired special education teacher with a PHD who taught at Germantown High, a registered nurse who worked at Methodist Hospital, and she also taught graduate courses in education at Union University.

Originally from Covington, TN,  she is survived by her husband, Richard Sullivan of Ponte Vedra, FL, her son Lang (Summer) Smith of Jacksonville, FL, her daughter Margaret Smith of Jacksonville, FL, two grandchildren, Sydney Smith and Waverly Smith of Jacksonville, FL, her sister Flo (Steve) Kinney from Franklin, Tn and her brother Frank (Kim) Stallworth of Memphis, TN,

She was preceded in death by her father, Benjamin Franklin Stallworth, of Beatrice, AL and her mother, Helen McGowan Stallworth, of Covington, TN.

The family will hold a private celebration of her life at her home in Ponte Vedra, FL.

The family requests that memorials be sent to First Presbyterian Church of Covington, TN.
