Larry R Vann

In loving memory of a Wonderful Man, Devoted Husband, Loving Proud Father and Grandfather.  Sadly, Larry passed away on Christmas Eve December 24th, 2022.  He was 66 and still so full of life, so this was very unexpected.

Larry was from Plainfield, IL, but resided in Florida to be closer to his Daughter and

Grandson.  He did very much miss his old buddies, coworkers and the Illinois 4 Seasons.  Larry loved telling jokes, working in Sales and just being Tough.  He was really loved by so, so many.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Vann, whom he loved for 46 years.  They were always together, which Larry wanted, even in death, to be cremated and remain with her; Always and Forever. He is also survived by his daughter, Jennifer Vann, who is just as headstrong as he was, and his son-in-law Josh Abner.  He also leaves behind his precious grandson, Raylan Lafferty, who loved calling him "Papa".

Finally, his beloved buddy, Chubbs, the Pug; who were inseparable.

He worked in Sales his entire life for great companies like, Leach Enterprises, FleetPride, Setco and Tom Nehl.  He made many good friends through work and the companies he would sell to.

No services are planned for now, but maybe a celebration of life at a later date.

He will be missed more than we can bare, but we know he will always be watching over us.  A Real Man:  Our Protector and Warrior!
