Jacqueline R. Cox

Jackie was born on June 21 ^st 1951, in Sharon PA., and gained her Angel Wings on April 27, 2023 in Jacksonville Florida. She was a 1969 Graduate of Kenmore High School. She loved to teach and play cards, board games, Bingo Shuffleboard and Dominoes. One of her favorite things to do was to go camping on the weekends with Cecil and then Tom when they met. She’d ride the golf cart all around camp and socialize with everyone. A special time for her was to go to the Casinos so she could play the penny and nickel slots.

Preceded in death by her husband George Cecil Cox, Parents Gerrit &Lillian Visher, Brothers Daniel, Timothy and Charles Visher. She is survived by her boyfriend Thomas Leonard of Ocala, Florida, Sons Robert (Diana Maye) Haley of Kent Ohio and Michael (Guicela) Haley of Jacksonville Florida and her “step” daughter Tabitha (Michael) Hedrick of Manchester Ohio Sister Deborah (Rick) Franzel and Brother Gary (Wanda) Visher both of Jacksonville Florida. Grand Children Anika and Ethan Maye of Kent Ohio. A host of many lifetime friends and Nieces and Nephews who will greatly miss her teaching them new games.

Cremation has taken place. Arrangements for a memorial and burial are being planned for July in Ohio. Date and time to be posted later.
