It is with great sadness that the family of Harley McDougall announce his passing. Harley died on October 23rd at the age of 90. Harley was born and raised in Saranac Lake, New York. He moved to Florida and later joined the Navy. Following an honorable discharge, Harley had a long career with the Sheet Metal Workers Local 32 in Miami, Florida. He went back to school for a business degree and worked as a sheet metal worker, and then as the Business Manager for many years until he retired. Harley will be fondly remembered as a devoted brother, father, grandfather / Pop Pop, uncle, cousin, and friend. Harley is survived by his sister Joan, former wife Glenda, their children Jeannette and Don (Lisa), and their grandchildren Conner, Ava, and Sydney. He was preceded in death by his brothers Scott and Carl, sister Myrene, and his son Ron. A service will be held on December 2, 2024, at 11:30 am at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery in Brevard County, Florida. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude.
