Frances C. Usry, 87, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away peacefully on February 2, 2023, surrounded by her family.

Frances was born on October 19 th , 1935, to Edgar and Kitty Cason in Albany, GA.  She was raised in Jacksonville, FL, lived in Plantation, FL for twenty years and currently resided back in the Jacksonville area.  She graduated from Andrew Jackson High School class of 1954.

Frances was a friend to so many, loved being social, playing cards with numerous groups of ladies, dancing the day or night away and was a part of many local organized groups such as: Eastern Star, Mandarin Woman’s Club and Jacksonville Beach Boppers. She was a member of Fruit Cove Baptist Church and loved getting together for lunches and trips with her Sunday School class.

Frances was predeceased by parents Edgar and Kitty Cason, Husband; Clarence Claude Usry Jr. Siblings: Glenn Harold Cason, Billie K. Steele and Mildred Witt along with Son-in-law; Mark Falzone and Granddaughter Haillie Usry

She is survived by children; Suzette Falzone and Clarence Usry III (LeeAnn) Her beloved grandchildren; Shannon Falzone Romano (Michael), Danielle Falzone Behrje (Scott), Billie Usry and Caillie Usry.  Great-Grandchildren; Bryant Romano, Cain Behrje and Brody Behrje, Aunt Grace Thompson, numerous loving nieces, nephews and other family members as well as treasured lifelong friends.

Celebration of Life will be held at Fruit Cove Baptist Church (501 State Rd. 13, St John, FL 32259) on February 11th at 11:00am, followed by a small reception on site. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Vision Is Priceless, an organization Frances felt strongly about.
