Dorreca "Dorry" Clark

Dorreca “Dorry” Grace Clark was 62 years old when she passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, in Jacksonville, Florida. She was the daughter of Bob and Linda Wooldridge, born February 1, 1962, in Chicago, Illinois. Dorry grew up in Midwest City, Oklahoma and graduated from Midwest City High School in 1980. While there, she was a majorette, played French horn in the band, and directed a school play. She married Jeffery “Kent” Clark February 11, 1983.

Dorry was a lover of life and very creative. She had many hobbies, but her favorite thing to do was crochet. She crocheted many things, including afghans, baby clothes and booties, hats, scarves and purses adding her own style and pattern to every creation. She also loved to watch Nascar on Sundays with her husband. She enjoyed food and family meals and dominoes game night on Friday’s, spending time with her grandchildren.

Dorry’s kindness and beautiful smile will always be remembered, along with her generosity and compassionate nature. She was fiercely independent and stubborn as well. She had a wonderful sense of humor, and she was a naturally easy-going individual.

She is preceded in death by her father, Bob. She is survived by her mother, Linda “Tony” of Oklahoma City, Ok, her brother Jake (Kelly) of Oklahoma City, Ok, her husband, Kent of Jacksonville, Fl, her daughter, Schareé (David) and their 3 children Aiden, Wyatt, and Kaleb, of Jacksonville, Fl, and her son Dustin (Teka) and their 3 children, Inessa, Julia, and Bodhi of St. Augustine, Fl.

Her celebration of life will be held at Restoration Church, 1677 Southside Blvd. Jacksonville, Fl 32216 on November 9th, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. Officiated by her brother-in-law Pastor Kerry Clark with assistance from Pastor J.R. Deetz.
