Craig Davidson, 59, from Jacksonville, FL passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2023 surrounded by family. He was born in Waukegan, IL to Charlie and Hildean Davidson on May 1, 1963. Craig graduated from Waukegan West High School in 1981 and had a successful career in manufacturing at Abbott in Abbott Park, IL. He retired in January 2020 and moved to Jacksonville, Florida. He is preceded in death by his parents Charlie and Hildean and is survived by his Partner of 25 years, Deb; Step-daughters Sarah (Erik) and Erin (Matthew); Step-grandsons Garrett and Gavin; Brothers Chuck, Scott (Pam), Jeff, and Brad; Nieces Natalie, Nicole, and Magan; Nephew Josh (Alison); Great-niece Lexi; Great-nephews Logan, Landon, and Christian; as well as many beloved extended family and friends.

Everyone that knew Craig loved him and there wasn’t a day that went by that his family did not know how much he loved them. He had a nickname for just about everyone and he lit up every room he walked into with his full of life nature and contagious laugh. He was a lifelong fan of Chicago sports and pizza, but beautiful beaches and palm trees brought him and Deb to Florida for retirement. He loved to travel all around Florida and enjoyed watching space launches and going to Walt Disney World with his grandsons. He was young at heart and always wanted to have a good time. He will be greatly missed by so many.
