Cathy Suzanne Rutledge

Cathy Suzanne Rutledge of Jacksonville, FL passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2019. She was born on May 30, 1956 to mother, Frances Louvon (Herrin) Rutledge and father, Alvin Joel Rutledge.

She leaves behind her two sisters, Sandra Richards (Steve) and Carol Morris (Vernon), her Stepdaughter, Sarah (Johnson) Burnam (Kevin) and Stepson, Sam Johnson (aka CJ). She also leaves behind numerous relatives, in-laws and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents and the love of her life, husband Andy Johnson. Cathy had a love of family, friends, animals (especially cats), plants, books and music. Cathy was very intelligent and creative which led to many diverse activities. She enjoyed gardening, crafting, baking and decorating. In her earlier years she wrote poetry and loved dancing. She will be missed.

A burial ceremony will be held at 11:30am, on December 6, 2019 at The Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218. Please line up in Lane Three.
