Carl Alpha Sibley

Carl Alpha Sibley, 68, of Jacksonville Florida, was called home on June 10, 2022. Carl was preceded in death by his mother Alberta Sibley, father Frank Sibley, and brother Frank Sibley Jr.

Carl was a beloved father, grandpa, brother, uncle, and friend to many. He is survived by his daughter Viola Degraffenreid (Hassan) and his son Carl Sibley Jr. (mother Thelma Harrell), and his brother Ricky Sibley (Michelle). Carl was an adored grandpa to Paul Degraffenreid, Hassan Degraffenreid Jr., Benjamin Degraffenreid, Missyanne Degraffenreid, Miracle Degraffenreid, Ysabel Sibley, and Landon Sibley.  Carl is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins whom love him dearly.

Carl enjoyed riding his bike, watching cartoons, and spending time with his family and friends. Carl will forever be remembered for his charming personality and ability to always make you smile. Our family is forever grateful to have had the honor of having Carl in our lives.

A military memorial service will be held on Friday, July 15, 2022 at the Jacksonville National Cemetery at noon. The attire will be casual.
