Andrew R. Bednarik

Andrew R. “Bimbo” Bednarik, 59, was escorted to his heavenly home on Sunday, August 8, 2021, in Jacksonville, Florida.  He was surrounded by family members in Florida and those in Youngstown, Ohio by Zoom.

Andrew was born on October 7, 1961, in Youngstown, Ohio to Mary and Andrew Bednarik of Campbell, Ohio.  He moved to Fleming Island, Florida and was a successful business owner of Budget Tree Services.

His greatest love was spending time with his children, family, and friends, and creating a garden full of flowers and vegetables each year.  He is survived by his wife, Shelly; 2 children, Jade and Jason; 2 stepchildren, Tiffany, and Mandy; daughter-in-law, Angel; 4 grandchildren; 3 sisters, Donna, Bernadette of Ohio, and Valerie of Florida; nephews, Jacob, and Joshua; along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins in the Youngstown and Campbell area.

His goal in life was never to live forever, but to create something that will.  His job is complete on Earth.  We will never forget his life that was taken too soon from us.  He will return home to be reunited with his mother in a memorial service in late August.
