Melanee Ann Dixon Woods

Melanee Ann Woods of Jacksonville, FL passed away on November 26th, 2010 after a short battle with cancer.

She was born to Silas Lester Dixon (Blackshear, GA) and Rebecca Lula Phillips (Durham, NC). Preceded in death by husband Raymond T. Woods and both parents. Survived by three children: Amié Harris (& husband Michael), Raymond T. “Timmy” Woods II (& girlfriend Susi), and Tara Woods; six grandchildren: Peter, Brittany, William, Chase, Samantha, & Gracyn. She is also survived by three siblings: Linda, Gene & Michele.

Melanee loved to spend time with family. You could always find in her in the kitchen. She loved to please you with her food. She also loved to visit St. Augustine, FL and Savannah, GA and go on road trips with her children and sisters. Melanee Ann Woods has touched the lives of her loved ones and will be greatly missed. She will forever be in our hearts!
