Ramona Frances Rider

Ramona Frances Rider (Clegg) 70, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away peacefully on August 21, 2010 after a short illness. She was born in Warsaw, KY to James W. Rider and Thelma Rider. She lived all over the U.S.A. and overseas prior to relocating to Florida. She had a kind, fun-loving, and giving spirit. She had careers in finance and as a real estate broker. Our fond memories will always include her love and devotion to her family and many friends, her humor, vivacious personality and compassion for others. She was a special lady who touched many lives. She will be greatly missed by her companion, Bill Raspet of Jacksonville; her daughters, Suzanne Zafari of Palm Harbor, FL ; Stephanie Clegg of Savannah, GA; grandchildren, Brandon Kalp, Isabella and Maya Zafari of FL; Whitney Joseph of PA; great grandson, Logan Schwickrath of PA; sister, Deanna Schwer (John) of KY; aunts and uncle, Christine Jones of FL; Jane and Harvey Zwerin of OH; nieces, Kim Fender, Kristi Stanischar; cousins, Lisa Copeland, Mendy Hart, Cecilia Niles, Carl Jones, Jr.; and her dog Pepe. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Donations may be made to The Salvation Army or Humane Society in her memory.
