BELSON, Sandra Prescott (52)

Sandy passed away August 13, 2010 after an extended illness and complications. She was born and raised in Jacksonville and graduated from Englewood High School and attended FCCJ.

She was employed by the City of Jacksonville in the Tax Collector’s Office for 16 years.

She was predeceased by her father, Thomas Harold Prescott. Sandy is survived by her husband Bob, her best friend and husband for 15 years, mother Joyce Prescott Burrows (John), brother Tom Prescott (Laurie), and a number of cousins, relatives and numerous friends. An avid fisherman and hunter, she also enjoyed NASCAR and the Jaguars. She will be missed by all.

A memorial service will be held at Southside United Methodist Church,
3120 Hendricks Avenue, at 11 A.M. Saturday, August 28, 2010, followed by a reception in the Family Life Center at the church.
