Levada Pauline Smith

Levada Pauline (Mayhall) Smith, 79, of Woodbine, GA passed away on June 1, 2010 at 6:15 am at Morris Center Community Hospice in Jacksonville, FL. She had suffered a debilitating stroke on Tuesday May 25th, 2010 at @ 7:00 am. Born July 19th, 1930 in Laceys Spring, Alabama. In her early childhood, her family of nine children; mother, Bessie Myrtle (Davidson) (Mayhall) Fralick; and stepfather, Dewey Fralick relocated to Arcadia, FL. via Nocatee where, at 16, she married Otis Ammons having two daughters Virginia Mae Ammons and Susie Mae Ammons. Following a divorce from Mr. Ammons she married Ander Wiley Smith in 1952 they relocated to Riverview, FL in 1958 where she was a homemaker. She had three more children Erana Elizabeth Smith, Paula Elvira Smith, and Allan Red Smith. In August of 2009 she moved in with her daughter Paula and son-in-law Mike Wulf in Woodbine, GA. Preceded in death by all her siblings; her late husband, Ander Wiley Smith; granddaughter, Theresa Jane Smith-Cummings; and daughter, Virginia (Jeanie) Mae Ammons. Leaving behind daughters, Erana Elizabeth (Smith) Crowl of Portland OR, Susie Mae (Ammons) Davis of Knox City, MO, & Paula Elvira (Smith) Becker-Wulf of Woodbine, GA; son, Allan Red Smith of Riverview, FL; and many friends and family members. Her cremains will be placed in the Valhermosa Springs Alabama family cemetery in Morgan County, AL. Her services are to be held on June 12th, 2010 at 1 pm by Pastor Don Farling at the Church of the Nazarene located at 9622 Maythog Drive, Riverview, FL 33578.
