Thomas Francis Toolan Sr. 67 of Orange Park, Fl. Born December 25, 1942 passed away peacefully just before dawn in his home surrounded by his family on Saturday May 15th
Tom served his country in the Vietnam War in the US Air Force. He was also devoted to San Sebastian Catholic Church in St. Augustine He was an active member of the Knights of Columbus Council #11046
He is survived by his loving wife Gloria, his loving pet Sami, his children Thomas Toolan Jr Laurel Hill, Fl, Theresa (Matthew) Stucki Laurel Hill, Fl, John (Jeri) Toolan Crestview Fl, Jennifer (Matthew) Hendrix Orange Park Fl, Stephen (Kara) Zatorski Wayne NJ, 12 grandchildren - Anthony & Michael Farrell, Mathew, Katie, Kennedy, Cambell , Krista, Amanda, Nicole Toolan, Austin & Geoffrey Stucki, Jacob Hendrix
& 2 great grandchildren
Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday May 25 @ 6 PM. San Sebastian Catholic Church SR 16, St Augustine, Fl.
