Elizabeth E. Gallagher

Elizabeth E. Gallagher, 80, of Jacksonville, FL passed away on Friday, February 19, 2010. She was born in Philadelphia, PA and lived in Wildwood, NJ from 1948 until 1995, where she retired as the City Clerk.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, William C. Gallagher and by her daughter, Jean Brown of Pottsville, PA. She is survived by two sons: William P. Gallagher of Palm Coast, FL and John J. Gallagher of Rockville Centre, NY; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Friday, March 5, 2010, with Father William A. Kelley as celebrant, at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, 224 North 5th Street, Jacksonville Beach (904) 249-2600. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Community Hospice of NE Florida, 4266 Sunbeam Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32257 (904) 886-3883.
