Pat Deangelis

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Pat DeAngelis on February 21, 2016. Her 5-year battle with cancer was bravely fought.
Pat was born on July 29, 1958 to Arthur and Ruth DeAngelis in Lorrain, Ohio.
As a Registered Nurse, she spent 27 years serving the needs of others in various capacities including ICU, PICU, Case Management and Consulting.
Pat proudly served her country as a medic in the United States Air Force.
She was predeceased by her mother, Ruth Ethridge, step-father Bob and step-mother Kathleen.
Survivors include her son, Alexander Rice (Tiffany), significant other of many years, Misty DeGross, father, Arthur DeAngelis, brother Art DeAngelis (Anne Marie), sisters Cathy DeAngelis and Lisa Mitzel (Chuck), life-long devoted friend, Betty Vernon, grand-daughter Abigail Nichole. Pat’s loving family also includes many nieces and nephews including Jennifer (Eric Reeves), Maureen Lynch, Brian Mitzel (April), Anthony Nicholas Green and Wes Davis.
Services will be held Saturday, February 27th 11:00 at the Beaches Museum Chapel located at 505 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, Beach, FL 32250
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to the Patricia DeAngelis UNF Nurse Scholarship Fund established through Community First Credit Union, Beach Blvd.
