Nell Virginia Hartley

Nell Virginia Sirmans Hartley, age 85, passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at the W. Frank Wells Nursing Home in Macclenny, Florida with her family by her side after a long illness. Ms. Hartley was born on October 11, 1930 in Nashville, Georgia but moved shortly after to Ocilla, Georgia. Ms. Hartley lived most of her in Jacksonville, Florida. Ms. Hartley was preceded in death by her parents, William B. Sirmans and Rebecca Estelle Roberts Sirmans, a daughter, Theresa Gail Thompson Pringle and two grandchildren, Tracie Lynn Davlin and Jamie Lynn Carter as well as five brothers and four sisters. She is survived by her daughters, Virginia Mitchell of Houston, Texas, Shirley Razo of Sanderson, Florida and Vickie Bombard of Baldwin, Florida; one son, Glen Duane Thompson of Baldwin, Florida as well as 11 grand children and 21 great-grand children. The family will have a private service at a later date.
