Steve Harrison

Steve Harrison, 41, of Middleburg, FL passed away on Friday, July 17, 2015. He was born to his wonderful mother, Patricia Hatcher on May 26, 1974. Steve loved fast cars, going muddin’ on his 4-wheeler, bass fishing and riding his motorcycle. Anyone that knew Steve also knew that the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee held a special place in his heart. Steve will be remembered for his big kind heart, sense of humor and willingness to help anyone. He lived life to the fullest and loved a good challenge. Steve was preceded in death by his Pop, Ellis Hatcher and his Granny, Mary Hatcher. He is survived by his wife Melissa Harrison and their loving dogs Rascal, Sami and Marley. His mother, Patricia Hatcher; sister, Pam Harrison; brother, Dwight “Bubba” Harrison; niece, Ashley Harrison, his aunts and uncles and many cousins. Steve also had numerous friends that held a special place in his heart and that he considered family. He will be missed by many, but never forgotten. Steve always cared for animals and hated to see any dog or cat be mistreated. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in his memory to First Coast No More Homeless Pets or Animal Rescue Movement of Middleburg, Fl. A celebration of Steve’s life will be held at a later date.
