Nancy L. Lash

Nancy L. Lash, 81 years old was called to heaven by God on May 31, 2015. Nancy was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on February 24, 1934. She is preceded in death by her husbands Paul D. Roebuck and Mervyn Lash and her siblings Frank Tobias and Phyllis Myers. She is survived by her son Paul J. Roebuck of Green Cove Springs, Florida, and daughters Beth Nicholson of Middleburg, Florida, and Deborah Chapman of Kentwood, Michigan.

Nancy also is survived by her grandchildren, Ashley Fulton, Alyssa Molock, Carson Nicholson, Chris Roebuck, Jodi Roebuck, Joshua Roebuck, Matt Chapman, Megan Chapman, and Jeremy Chapman. Nancy also had six Great Grandchildren.

Nancy graduated from South Side High School in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She worked many years at Saint Joseph Hospital in Fort Wayne as nursing assistant before she moved to Dayton, Nevada in 1987. She worked as the Administrator at Dayton Parkview Adult Residence, in Dayton, Nevada. She loved helping people, taking care of people in need, and loved to cook and bake. She will be remembered by most for having a great sense of humor, great vegetable soup, and rhubarb pie. Nancy moved to Green Cove Springs, Florida in 2008 to help take care of her grandson, Carson. Nancy was a strong willed person and lived life on her own terms. She attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Fleming Island, Florida.
