Jerry Lee Alford

January 12, 1966 — February 26, 2014

Jerry Lee Alford, 48, passed away, Wednesday, February 26, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pansy and Clyde Alford.

His sister, Debbie, and brother, Clyde, will miss him. Jerry will always remember Jamie, Dustin and Patsy.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00am Saturday, March 15, at Mandarin Church of God of Prophecy, 3844 Burnett Park Road.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Community Hospice of North East Florida.
