Jeanne Marie Barnwell

Jeanne Marie (White) Barnwell, beloved wife of Roger Barnwell, passed away unexpectedly on November 25, 2013 at St. Vincent's Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. She was 53 years old.

Born and raised in Hendersonville she was a graduate of Hendersonville High School. She is the youngest daughter of Betty Page White and is preceded in death by her father, Edwin C. White, Jr, and grandparents Edwin and Pauline White and Arthur and Lena Ruth Redden. Jeanne is survived by her beloved husband and best friend, Roger and stepdaughter Misty (Josh) and three grandchildren. In addition, she leaves behind sisters Linda Ellis (Bob) and Debbie Hooker (Rossie) and brothers Skip White (Susie) and Stephen White ( Peggy) and numerous nieces and nephews, all her loved and adored her.

Jeanne, affectionately called "Beannie" by her family, was treasured by all for her fun way of looking at life, her love of the Dallas Cowboys and her unselfish and giving sweetness to everyone who knew her. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

A Celebration of Her Life will be held November 29, 2013 at 2 pm at the Hendersonville Elks Lodge. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sickness and Distress Fund of the Hendersonville Elks Lodge 1616. On line condolances may be left at www.ADignifiedAlternative.net
