Michael Lee Eubanks

Michael Lee Eubanks went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at the age of 59. He passed away peacefully in Jacksonville, Florida.
Mike most recently lived in Jacksonville, FL. He was born in Columbus, Mississippi in 1953. He graduated from Millington Central High School.
Mike is survived by his loving wife Melanie (Jones) Eubanks of 21 years. They were married at Westside Baptist Church, Jacksonville, FL on July 20, 1991.
Mike is lovingly remembered by his wife Melanie; daughter Andrea Eubanks of Memphis and son Brett Yost of Jacksonville; siblings Steve Eubanks, Jan Nelson and Judy Fiene; and loving grandchildren, Presley, Lilian, Mason and Kyleigh.
Mike was predeceased by his parents Nelda and George Eubanks, Sr. and brother, George Eubanks, Jr.
Mike was a devoted husband and loving granddaddy. His passion was tennis and the Florida Gators. Mike loved the Lord with all his heart. After 33 years he retired from the U.S. Dept. of Defense.
The memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2013, 2:00 p.m. with Jay Stuckey officiating at Macedonia Baptist Church, 8081 Lenox Ave, Jacksonville, FL ? 32221. thedoniajax.com. A brief service and interment will be in Millington, TN the following week. He will be buried with his father and brother.
