Randall Dean Williams, 60, of Keystone Heights, FL passed away peacefully and went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on September 27th, 2012. He was born September 23rd, 1952 in Sandusky, OH.

He was a 1971 graduate of Monroeville High School. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He was a member of the American Legion and the VFW. He was employed at Duval Asphalt as a Plant Superintendent in Jacksonville, FL. He enjoyed spending spending time with his dogs, Layla, Cocoa, and Snuggles. He also enjoyed fishing and loved watching the rain fall on the lake at his home.

He is survived by his mother: Clarabelle Williams of Keystone Heights, FL. Brother, Mark(Annette) Williams and Family of Keystone Heights, FL. Step-daughter, Arianne(David) Linville of Tennessee. Step-grandson, Josh. Uncle and Aunt, Roy and Carolyn Turner, Monroeville, OH. Nieces,nephews, and many other special people.


He was preceded in death by his wife of 27 years, Patricia M. Williams. Father, Carlos R. Williams. Brothers, Daniel L., Milo H. II, and Timothy R. Williams. Maternal grandparents, Elmer J. and Stella B. Turner, Paternal grandparents, Milo I and Ena V. Williams. Aunts, Myrtle R. Turner, Kathryn V.(Turner) Viock, Stella D.(Turner) Lierenz, and Uncle, John C. Turner.


The memorial service will be held at his brother, Mark Williams and Family's home at 5392 SE 3rd Ave, Keystone Heights, FL. on Saturday, December 1st, 2012 at 2 p.m. A luncheon will be provided by the family.
