Frank Price

Elzie Franklin “Frank” Price, 57, of Jacksonville, FL died on Saturday, January 21, 2012. The youngest of three, Frank was born September 26, 1954 in Albany, GA to Mr. and Mrs. Billy and Helen Price and graduated from Dougherty High School in 1972. Frank moved to Jacksonville in 1975 while working with Southern Bell.

He is survived by his daughters, Erin Price of Haymarket, VA and Bree (Jeff) Moses of Jacksonville, FL; grandsons, Quinn Michael Finklea and Collins True Moses; sisters, Patricia Price Steuer of Albany, GA and Janis (Dennis) Price O’Connor of Douglas, GA; and his beloved dog, Happy Price.

A small service will be held for family and friends at Rainbow House, 2857 Myra Street, Jacksonville, FL 32205, on February 5, 2012 at 1:30pm with a reception following. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to The North Florida Chapter of the AIDS Memorial Quilt (www.aidsquilt.org).
