Margaret "Peg" Kirch

Margaret Ann “Peg” Kirch, a long time resident of Mandarin, passed away on December 23, 2011 at Baptist South Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Born on April 28, 1933 in Boston, Massachusetts, Margaret was an aspiring novelist, avid bridge-player, loving mother, doting grandmother, and cat aficionado.

She is survived by her daughters Robin Litrico (Charles) and April Johnson (Jeffrey), son William Hosmer (Kerri), brother John Glover (Marilyn), and nine grandchildren who she adored. She was preceded in death by her daughters Julie Hosmer and Wendy Rulli.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 am on Friday, December 30, 2011 at Shephard of the Woods Lutheran Chapel, 6595 Columbia Park Court (off Greenland Rd), Jacksonville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Jacksonville Humane Society, 8464 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32216.
