KATHERINE LILLIAN DERRINGTON

Katherine Lillian Derrington, 91, formerly of Kansas City, MO, passed away May 27, 2011 at the Earl B. Hadlow Community Hospice in Jacksonville, FL.

She was preceeded in death by her parents, John and Maria Raidl; her husband, Francis Goodrich Derrington; her son, Francis Goodrich Derrington, Jr; and her brother and his wife, John and Jane Raidl. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Margaret and Donald Peterson, of Jacksonville, FL; her niece and her husband, Janell and Kenny Daurio of Scottsdale, AZ; her nephew and his wife, John Allen and Karyl Raidl of Seattle, WA; her grandchildren; great grandchildren; niece and nephew; and many dear friends.

Katherine was the former administrator for South Presbyterian Church, Vista Del Rio Retirement Center, and Cliff Manor Nursing Home in Kansas City, MO. Katherine was born and raised in Kansas City, MO and retired to Jacksonville, FL in 1997.

A private memorial service will be held in Kansas City at a later date.
