Dan Fletcher

Dan Fletcher, 77, passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at his Orange Park residence surrounded by his loving family.

Mr. Fletcher was born to Dan Fletcher, II and Eunice Day Fletcher on December 25, 1933 in Tift Co., GA and married Faye Paulk on April 26, 1951.

He worked as a sales manager at Western World for over 20 years and was also a pilot. He had a passion for aviation and loved to spend his time flying. He will be remembered as a kind and gentle man that never had an unkind word to say. A loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend; he will be missed by all that knew him.

Mr. Fletcher was preceded in death by his parents and by 2 sons, David and Mark Fletcher. He is survived by his beloved wife, Faye Fletcher; 2 sons, Ricky (Amy) Fletcher and Bill (Tammy) Fletcher; 9 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, March 25, 2011 at Club Continental, 2143 Astor St, Orange Park, FL (904) 264-6070. Leroy Cutler will officiate. Family will receive friends 30 minutes prior.
