Mary Kate Jones

Jones, Mary Kate born on August 11, 1923 went to meet the Lord on February 1, 2011.

She is predeceased by her first husband Dick B. Mitchell, her second husband Randolph S. Jones, and her daughter Diana Mitchell Clarke. She is survived by daughter Mary Elizabeth Mitchell Marlow, brother B. Gary Pease, Grandsons Edwin M. Clarke (Anne), Raymond S. Clarke (Margaret) and Granddaughter Katherine E Baker (Dan); Great grandchildren, Mitchell, Lacey, Skylar, Christian and Asher Clarke; and Elizabeth and Christopher Baker. Also, a nephew, James Cassidy Pease.

Mary Kate was borne in Tennessee and moved to Florida in 1928 by boat, The Clyde Line. She attended local schools and graduated from Landon High School. She attended the Massey Business College and the AIB School of Banking. She was employed by the Duval County School System as a Secretary II and retired from there in 1977. She moved to Ponte Vedra Beach in 1996 after the death of her husband in 1991 to be close to her family.

She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
